Accessible Parking
During Canal Days, marked accessible parking spaces will be available on the west side of H.H. Knoll Lakeview Park as well as in Market Square.
Anyone using an accessible parking space must have an Ontario Accessible Parking Permit.
Accessible parking is free.

Shuttles
Shuttles buses from the Vale Health & Wellness Centre parking lot (550 Elizabeth Street) or the West Side Plaza Parking Lot (53 West Side Road) run approximately every 30 minutes and can accommodate wheelchairs and small scooters.
Service animals
Pets are not permitted during the Canal Days festival; however, service animals are welcome.
The concerts
During the concerts at H.H. Knoll Lakeview Park, an accessible entrance will be clearly marked an available on the west side of H.H. Knoll Lakeview Park.
Accessible washroom facilities and a raised accessible viewing area near the bandshell will be available, as well as picnic tables for seating.
