Temporary Patio Expansion Program

The City of Port Colborne supports local businesses resuming with COVID-19 measures in place. Starting Friday, June 19, 2020, the City will be permitting businesses to expand temporary outdoor seating as part of a Temporary Patio Expansion Program.

The By-Law Division is experiencing service delivery changes for inspections during COVID-19. Planning & Development Department - By-law Enforcement

The By-law Enforcement Division is a division of the Planning & Development Department which is responsible for the administration and enforcement of the municipality's parking by-laws, enforcement of various by-laws including the Weed Control Act and the investigation of complaints as assigned. Staff there will be able to help you with your by-law concerns.
